Professional Legal Experience
Practice covers all areas of family law including dissolution, modification, custody and child support enforcement, paternity, adoption, termination, as well as related areas of juvenile delinquency and guardian\attorney ad litem practice. Appear at trial and hearings on various motions. Perform discovery. Negotiate and draft marital settlement agreements. Participate as lead counsel and as second chair in jury trials.
Practice includes providing Mediation and Collaborative Law Services for Family Law cases.

Mediated over 200 hours of civil litigation in Justice of Peace Courts in Harris County; Mediated truancy docket.
